Meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm (except August) in the Village Hall or at Cleddau Reach School. Meeting schedules are subject to change; therefore, residents are encouraged to check the website or noticeboards for the latest agenda and confirmed details for each meeting.

Community Council meetings are formal events with a clear purpose - to make decisions.

There is usually a time limited period set aside for public participation where the public or community groups can participate and bring matters to the attention of the Community Council, seek advice and comment on local issues of interest.

If the Community Council is required to make a decision or support a scheme, the matter must be included as a specific agenda item. The agenda item will explain the matter and may include a summary of any action the Community Council is requested to consider taking.

Agenda items must be submitted to the Clerk & Responsible Finance Officer at least one week before the date of the meeting.
